Important Safety Warning

Electrical Requirements: This is a high-performance 22kW 3-phase charger. To achieve the full 22kW speed, it must be connected to a compatible 32A / 3-phase outlet, 480V. It is essential to ensure your home or facility's wiring is rated for this sustained high-amperage draw.

Inspection Protocol: Always inspect the cable and connectors before each use for signs of wear, moisture, or debris. Do not use the cable if there are any visible defects or if the protective TPU sheath is compromised.

Water Safety: While the gun is IP67 rated, for maximum safety, avoid leaving the control box or connections sitting in standing water or deep puddles during active charging sessions.

Storage: After charging is complete, unclip the connection and store the cable neatly in its case. Avoid exposing the unit to extreme temperature environments when not in use to extend the lifespan of the glass-fiber reinforced nylon components.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee door-to-door delivery for every area. Deliveries to rural areas and towns may require goods to be collected from the nearest freight depot. If the receiver is unable to accept the goods on the day of delivery, a contact card will be left with instructions to call the nearest freight depot for collection.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes; a physical street address is required for all orders.
