Important Safety Warning

Chemistry Verification: While this unit intelligently identifies 12V and 24V systems, you must manually ensure the correct battery type, Lithium, LiFePO4, or Lead-Acid, is selected on the interface to match your battery's internal chemistry.

Starting Threshold: The unit requires a minimum battery voltage of >7.0V to initiate the charging sequence. It cannot activate or charge batteries that have been completely discharged to 0V or have suffered permanent internal cell failure.

Thermal Clearance: Ensure the integrated cooling fan and vents are free from dust and obstructions during high-amperage 20A charging cycles to allow for proper heat dissipation.

Connection Security: Always connect the red clip to the positive (+) terminal and the black clip to the negative (-) terminal. Although the unit features reverse protection, following proper connection protocols is essential for overall electrical safety.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee door-to-door delivery for every area. Deliveries to rural areas and towns may require goods to be collected from the nearest freight depot. If the receiver is unable to accept the goods on the day of delivery, a contact card will be left with instructions to call the nearest freight depot for collection.
