IP67 Tactical Waterproofing: Solves the restriction of charging in unpredictable Australian weather. The charging gun is IP67 rated, fully submersible and dustproof. Important Safety Warning
Electrical Requirements: This is a high-performance 11kW 3-phase charger. To achieve the full 11kW speed, it must be connected to a compatible 3-phase outlet, 480V. It can operate on single-phase circuits at reduced speeds, approximately 7kW/32A, where the adapter and outlet support that draw.
Cable Care: While the Aramid fiber reinforcement provides bulletproof tensile strength, do not allow the cable to be tightly knotted or kinked during high-load charging, as this can generate localized heat.
Firmware Updates: This unit supports future-proof firmware upgrades. Follow the technical guide for smart feature activation, including Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and app functions, to maintain peak compatibility with evolving EV software.
