Important Safety Warning

UV-C Light Safety: The UVX-Shield uses direct UV-C light to inactivate bacteria; do not attempt to open the unit while the UV function is active or look directly at the light source.

Weight & Stability: Weighing 14.2 kg, ensure the unit is placed on a flat, stable floor surface. Use the Child-lock function to prevent unauthorized setting changes in households with children.

Filter Integrity: To maintain the HEPA H13 standard, replace filters immediately when the Air filter replacement alert is triggered. Failure to do so can reduce air volume and strain the 105W motor.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee door-to-door delivery for every area. Deliveries to rural areas and towns may require goods to be collected from the nearest freight depot. If the receiver is unable to accept the goods on the day of delivery, a contact card will be left with instructions to call the nearest freight depot for collection.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes; a physical street address is required for all orders.
