Important Safety Warning

UV-C Integrity: The internal UV-C germicidal lamp is a powerful sterilization tool. Do not attempt to dismantle the unit while it is powered on or look directly into the internal light source to avoid ocular strain.

App Connectivity: To utilize the Cloud Governance features, ensure your home network supports 2.4GHz Wi-Fi. The unit operates perfectly via the digital touch panel if Wi-Fi is unavailable.

Filter Care: To protect the high-torque 58W motor, replace the 3-in-1 Filter Suite immediately when the Filter replacement indicator illuminates. A saturated filter can reduce air intake and stress the internal electronics.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee door-to-door delivery for every area. Deliveries to rural areas and towns may require goods to be collected from the nearest freight depot. If the receiver is unable to accept the goods on the day of delivery, a contact card will be left with instructions to call the nearest freight depot for collection.
