Important Safety Warning

Filter Packaging: Your unit comes pre-packaged with one HEPA filter. You must remove the plastic protective packaging from the filter before inserting it into the unit. Failure to do so will block airflow, overheat the motor, and void the warranty.

Sensitive Sensor: For the Air Quality Sensor to function accurately, avoid placing the unit in stagnant corners or behind curtains. Maintain at least 30cm of clearance on all sides.

Maintenance: Always disconnect from the power source before twisting the base to replace the 18.6cm x 14.2cm filter.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee door-to-door delivery for every area. Deliveries to rural areas and towns may require goods to be collected from the nearest freight depot. If the receiver is unable to accept the goods on the day of delivery, a contact card will be left with instructions to call the nearest freight depot for collection.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes; a physical street address is required for all orders.
