Important Safety Warning
Packaging Removal: Your replacement filter is shipped in protective plastic to maintain the integrity of the activated carbon. You must remove this plastic packaging before inserting the filter into the air purifier. Failure to do so will block airflow and cause the motor to overheat.
Power Disconnection: Always ensure your air purifier is powered off and unplugged from the wall outlet before twisting open the base to perform the filter swap.
Handling: Do not wash or vacuum the HEPA filter. Once the Filter replacement indicator illuminates, the media is saturated and must be replaced with a fresh Shield Filter E1 (Pro-X) to maintain health standards.
