Indoor growing environments involve high-capacity electrical and environmental systems. To ensure a safe environment, follow these essential guidelines:

ALWAYS verify that all high-output lighting and extraction equipment is correctly rated for indoor use and keep all electrical connections away from water sources.
DO NOT exceed the weight capacity of the heavy-duty support bars when hanging multiple filters or lighting systems across the 2.4m span.
Ensure the extra removable water-proof floor tray is properly seated at all times to prevent large-scale spills from reaching your home’s flooring.
Maintain clear access to all zippered doors to ensure proper emergency egress and airflow.
Keep the grow area free of flammable materials and ensure fans are positioned to prevent localized heat-spot build-up against the fabric walls.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee door-to-door delivery for every area. Deliveries to rural areas and towns may require goods to be collected from the nearest freight depot. If the receiver is unable to accept the goods on the day of delivery, a contact card will be left with instructions to call the nearest freight depot for collection.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes; a physical street address is required for all orders.
